Great Craic

The exact definition of ‘Great Craic’, a phrase, an event and a feeling all at once, is hard to pin down, but most would agree you’ll find it in abundance in Ireland. Great craic is always social, it is about good company, great fun, and never being too serious about anything.

“There are no strangers here; Only friends you haven’t yet met” - W. B. Yeats

Modern Irish Cuisine

Traditional Irish food is hearty and wholesome, made with ingredients often pulled out of the ground in the garden that very day. In recent years however, there has been an explosion of artisan producers and world-class ingredients which have lead to a new layer of creativity and innovation in Irish food. There are a plethora of worthy food destinations to visit across Ireland.
